Returns and Refunds
You can return any product purchased on bojola.it within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
How to return a product
- Within 14 days of delivery, let us know that you want to return the product: fill in the Withdraw from contract form, or write to info@bojola.it with your order number.
- Send the product back within 14 days of your request to: Bojola, Via de’ Rondinelli 25r, 50123 Florence, Italy.
Condition of returned products
- The product must be unused, intact and complete with its packaging and accessories.
- Any free gift received with the order must be returned together with it.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer. You can choose the carrier: we recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
We refund the full amount paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method used for the order. We may wait to issue the refund until we receive the product or proof that you have shipped it.
Damaged or wrong products
If you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong product, contact us: we will arrange the return at our expense. All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
