Refund Policy

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you received the product/s, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused article of merchandise. Product/s must be returned by dispatching the package prepaid and organized by Bojola to DHL within fourteen (14) days from the date you informed Bojola of your intention to get refund. We will collect all the goods included in your order and the return shipping cost will be borne by Bojola.

In order to get the refund the following conditions must be satisfied:

I. Refund Policy:

The article/s you wish to return:

a. can be sent back to us only after having sent a written declaration with your intention to get refund by writing an email to fd@bojola.it, or by filling and returning by air mail with a registered letter the return form included in your package to Bojola srl Via dei Rondinelli 25r – 50123 Firenze Italy, or via fax at +39 055 21 53 61 at your choice within fourteen (14) days from the date you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you received the product/s purchased;

b. must be unused, unworn and unwashed;

c. must be sent in its original packaging;

d. Bojola will arrange the return shipping and the item/s must be handled back to BOJOLA’s courrier DHL within fourteen (14) days from the date you sent to Bojola the notification of your intention to return the product/s;

e. must be not damaged.

II. Refund time:

The full refund of the amount paid is activated by Bojola as quickly as possible, and in any case as soon as the merchandise will be handled back to our courier, once verified that the above mentioned conditions applying to our Refund Policy (section I. of this document) have been satisfied. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

III. Exchange of products

Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as requiered by law (for further details please see point 3.9 of our “Terms and Conditions of sales” document). Bojola do not practice any exchange of product on item/s that do not present any compliance defect. The consumer can always change mind on the purchase within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods and obtain the full refund of the paid amount under the terms and within the procedures described in section I. and II. of this document.

IV. Product identification tag

All products offered for sale by Bojola come with an identification card, which is part of the good. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag.
